Shipping & Orders

How long will it take my order to ship?

We strive to ship your order to you within a week of being placed, regardless of which shipping option you chose at checkout.

Sometimes, like when we launch a new product or open the store, we get a higher than usual volume of orders. We work as fast as we can to get the shipments out, and we appreciate your patience. If we are exhibiting at a convention shipping times may be delayed by a week.

All orders will be sent with tracking numbers which should arrive through email as soon as your item ships.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service. International shipping delivery times will vary, typically between 2-14 weeks.

Can I pick my order up in person?

We offer limited, by appointment in person pickup in Minneapolis, MN for the summer of 2022. If you are interested in picking up your order please email info (at)

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do! Please be advised that shipping costs are considerably higher, and unfortunately that is beyond our control.

Please make sure to check your countries VAT and import regulations for additional information.

How are shipping prices determined?

We ship through the United States Postal Service and UPS Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of the package, and the destination. These are all calculated by carrier services.

International shipping estimates can be exceptionally high, so if you are charged a higher rate than the actual cost, we will let you know.

International shipments may incur customs charges from your home country, we are not responsible for the payment of these charges

Will I be charged Sales Tax or VAT?

If you are located within the US, you may have to pay Sales Tax at the time of purchase, depending on which state you live in.If you are located within the United Kingdom, you will have to pay VAT at the time of purchase.

If you are located within the European Union, you may have to pay VAT at the time of importation, as determined by your local customs authority. By placing an order on this store, you agree that you are responsible for these charges.

My order is lost/tracking has not been updated. What do I do? (Domestic)

Tracking updates are not always updated in real time. Please keep checking your tracking status for 7 days and you should start to see updates.

If after 7 days you have not seen updates please send us an email at info (at) with the subject line "Order Tracking"

Can I combine or split my orders?

If you purchased two orders and would like to combine them, please place another order with the all the items and correct address. Then, send me an email with all the order numbers and I will cancel the previous orders for you. However, if you’re trying to place a new order and the items are sold out, please contact me with your order numbers and I will help you combine them. If you are trying to split an order into multiple orders, you will have to make separate purchases since the shipping will be calculated differently per location.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We try to use eco friendly packaging as much as possible. We strive to make sure we leave as small an ecological footprint as possible while still running a paper based business. 

Exchanges + Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

If the item you purchased arrives broken or damaged, please contact us.

If you order apparel and it doesn't fit, we can organize and exchange with you. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of exchanged item(s).

We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns.

With all of this said, it's our upmost goal to that you are happy with your order. Should you have any concerns regarding your order please contact us. Please always include your order number with any order related concerns.

New Releases + Specialty

When do you release new items?

Apologies but I can’t give solid timelines for releases. For specific information on when prints will be released you can join my mailing list allowing you to stay on top of all releases when new goods and prints have arrived. You can also follow my Facebook and Instagram pages where I post about prints as soon as they hit the online shop.

How are pre-orders handled?

The entire shipment is held until all items are available to be shipped. If you would like us to ship your pre-ordered items separately, please let us know with a note on your order.

Additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I reserve a print?

We do not accept reservations for new items and prints. If you are interested in advance release please check out my Patreon, which includes rewards like early access and discounts.

Can I get a specific number within the edition?

I don't offer the reservation/sale of specific edition numbers.

Can you sign or personalize an item in my order?

At this time we cannot offer personalizations.

I'm looking for an item that I don't see listed. Is it still available?

All items listed in the shop are what we currently have available for purchase. If an item is not listed, we have sold out or discontinued and taken it it down for the foreseeable future.

Are you at conventions or festivals?

We exhibit at a few conventions each year whenever possible.

Yes, we show multiple times a year and love to see you at shows! Please check out our event schedule for more information on upcoming shows.

I love your work? Is there any other way to support you?

I have a Patreon that gets exclusive content each month! It’s a great way to help support my work and allow me to make more art.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do, wholesale is available through Faire.

Commissions + Tattoos

Do you design tattoos?

Yes I do. Please note though that I am pretty specific about what tattoo designs I am willing to do. I also want to remind you to always spend time looking for a tattoo artist you want and see if they can create the design you want prior to asking another artist. Tattoo artists are amazing and have their own styles they excel in.

Do you allow tattoos of your work?

Yes! Please properly research your tattoo artist and select with care. Tips + donations, support on Patreon and purchases from my shop are all amazing ways to support my work and show your appreciation. Shows of support in one of these ways is sufficient for permission to tattoo existing work.

If your tattoo artist requires consent to tattoo my work please reach out at info (at) with "Tattoo Permission" in the subject line.
