Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where the goods in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs but not any extra cost arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has ended. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as commissioned or made-to-order artwork, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, to the extent permitted by law.

These rights are in addition to your other statutory rights as a consumer.
